Once your item has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information in order that you may track the progress of your delivery.
WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I’D EXPECTED?
If your delivery due time has passed please contact us by email using the “Contact us” page selecting “where is my delivery” as the nature of enquiry. One of the Zoohause customer service teamwill then look into this for you and endeavour to come back to you as quickly as possible with an update on your delivery.
HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY ITEM IS DELIVERED SAFELY?
All of our items need to be signed for on receipt. On placement of your order you will be sent an email explaining how to track your item.
If no-one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a selected safe place chosen by you. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they are unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your delivery is overdue, you have received the wrong items or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other query, please send us an email from the “Contact us” page detailing the nature of your enquiry. One of the Zoohause customer service team will then come back to you with a response as quickly as possible.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible and discuss alternative delivery options.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND UK?
We are currently in the process of establishing our delivery network to supply the Zoohause range of products to all markets across the world.
In the meantime, should you wish to place an order for delivery outside of mainland UK, please contact us by email using the “Contact Us” page providing us with the detail of the items you wish to purchase together with the delivery address information and we will be pleased to send you a delivery quote by return. Should you wish to progress with an order one of the Zoohause team will be in touch with you directly to process your order personally.
