-Items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed.

-Orders placed over the weekend,or past 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning.

-A selection of items may be required to be delivered directly via our own transport if within the local area, which may incur a delivery charge. Please contact us if you require further information regarding this.

-Please note we are NOT shipping outside of UK postcodes at this time. 

Any unwanted purchases made on-line can be returned within 28 calendar days for a full refund of the items returned (exchange is not available for on-line purchases).

Once the item is received by the returns department, it will be inspected and if no issues are identified, the refund will be processed directly back to the payment method used. Please retain a proof of postage until you have received email confirmation of receipt and acceptance of your return.
