FREE CLICK & COLLECT FROM OUR WOBURN STORE
Click and Collect is a FREE delivery option available when you place your order online for all orders over a total value of £30. We offer a 7 day service so you can place your order with us at any time night or day and collection will be available from our Woburn store 7 days a week during store opening times (10am-7pm).
In order to use our click and collect service, simply add your required items to you bag and head to checkout.
WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY CLICK & COLLECT
You can place orders on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. For orders placed by 10pm your order will be available for collection from 2pm tomorrow. For orders placed after 10pm your order will be available for collection from 2pm the day after tomorrow (so orders placed after 10pm on a Monday will be available from 2pm on Wednesday).
HOW WILL I KNOW MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION?
We will send you an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection.
Please do not travel to the store before you have received your email confirmation.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Please bring along a copy of the order confirmation which will include your unique order number along with proof of identification. This can be:-
- The payment card on which the purchase was made
- A current photo driver’s license or passport
Unfortunately we will be unable to release your order without the required identification.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, we are happy for someone else to collect your order on your behalf. However, to prevent the risk of fraud, please email us on email@example.com to inform us stating your unique order number and the name of the person who will be collecting your items on your behalf. The nominated person will then need to present your unique order number along with a copy of their own photo identification (photo drivers’ license or passport).
I HAVEN’T HAD CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION
If you placed your order before 10pm this should be ready for collection from 2pm the following day so please wait until 2pm before contacting us. If there is any delay to your order we will let you know.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation for collection after 2pm the following day please contact the Zoohause team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to check the status of your order and provide you with an update.
If you ordered after 10pm your order will be available for collection from 2pm the day after next.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD ON TO MY ORDER?
We understand that you may not be able to collect your order as soon as it is available in store. We will however hold your items in store for 7 days after which we will return your items to our warehouse. If the 7 days has lapsed, please call the team on 01525 290 092 so that we can arrange to bring these back to the store for your collection.
If you know that you will not be able to pick-up your order within 7 days when you place your order please feel free to let us know in advance on email@example.com and we will hold on to your items at our warehouse until the date you require them.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
You can return your Click & Collect order directly to our Woburn store free of charge. Items returned within 30 days and in a resalable condition will be eligible for a full refund.
