Shipping policy

  • FREE standard delivery on orders over £85 to all UK postcodes, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight. Please note, due to shipping limitations with our courier, this does not apply to all products, and items for local deliveries will incur a delivery charge. 
  • £7.99 for orders under £85
  • Items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend,or past 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning.
  • A selection of items may be required to be delivered directly via our own transport if within the local area, which may incur a delivery charge. Please contact us if you require further information regarding this.
  • Please note we are NOT shipping outside of UK postcodes at this time. 

 WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I’D EXPECTED?

If your delivery due time has passed please contact us by email us at info@zoohause.co.uk. One of the Zoohause customer service team will then look into this for you and endeavour to come back to you as quickly as possible with an update on your delivery.

 THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your delivery is overdue, you have received the wrong items or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other query, please send us an email detailing the nature of your enquiry.  One of the Zoohause customer service team will then come back to you with a response as quickly as possible.  

 DO YOU HAVE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible and discuss alternative delivery options.
