Sale items are eligible for returns within 7 days. Discontinued or ex-display items cannot be returned. If an item is faulty, you can exchange it or receive a refund within 30 days. For online purchases, please complete the returns form and send the items to our address. Remember to notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 3 days with photographic evidence.
