At Zoohause, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase, whether made in-store or online. You have up to 28 days to return unused items in their original condition for a full refund, though return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Sale items are eligible for returns within 7 days. Discontinued or ex-display items cannot be returned. If an item is faulty, you can exchange it or receive a refund within 30 days. For online purchases, please complete the returns form and send the items to our address. Remember to notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 3 days with photographic evidence. Unused online purchases can also be returned in-store within 28 days for a refund to the original payment method.
